They are unprofessional. I just went to one of their drives an hour before it ended and was turned away because they only wanted 32 donors. It would be interesting to see a financial assessment of the company. There's big money in blood - we donors gladly give it to help patients, but the patients/insurance companies are charged hundreds of dollars per transfusion.
