I use to donate to this place 13 years ago when they were located on Bragg blvd. Back then they had some of the most polite people working for them, but I can't say the same thing now. I found people that work there to be extremely rude. I called to see if I could donate and the girl hung up on me, called back to speak to a supervisor and she refused to allow me to speak with one and hung up on me again. Both times I was cool calm and collected no reason to be treated the way I was. Why would someone want to help others while being treated like crap!!!
