No hours or days open on this site is a major inconvenience. Drove there on a Monday to discover you are closed! When you need blood and yet you aren't thoughtful enough to leave the hours on the answering machine either, isn't professional!

This comment leads me to believe you have recieved a lot of bad comments. Seriously, I would like to suggest you post the hours of operation so it is convenient for donors to stop by without having to call and get a machine.
