The last time I was there they told me they were out of needles. This was on 06/30/2009 and they have not been open since. You mean to tell me that a Plasma center can not get needles? I have called every day since the 30th and no answer. Are they closing the doors or what? If they are don't we the donors deserve to be told? I like this plasma center the people are great, but there service to the people that donate need to be stepped up.

I just went to the new building to donate, Only to find out that when I was there the last time they didn't give me the info correctly, that I needed to get to come back. When I tried to tell them this, they told me that what I was saying wasn't true. Essentially calling me a liar, now nobody came forward and said that they gave me the right info and no one said they heard me being told the right info, only that they told everybody. I guess they thought I just wanted to kill 3 hours out of my day, just to go harass them! I wouldn't be doing this if I had been treated like a valued customer or if this was the first problem, but it's not. In contrast, I went to Pizza Hut afterwards and ordered a supreme pizza. They got my order wrong. Instead of the waitress bringing me the wrong order and telling me I was lying when I said that wasn't right, they made the right order and gave me a bigger pizza at the same price. With all the mistakes that Pizza Hut makes, I think taht explains wwhy I'm still happy doing business with them!
