When you first go to this plasma center you can expect to be there most of the day. They for sure don_t get in any hurry to get you in and out of there. After the first time it still takes an average of two hours, and that is mostly because the staff and the fact they don_t care if you wait or not. Some are worse than others, and some are just plain out rude. At the most there are two or three people working there that actually respect the donors, and treat them with respect. The majority of them are lazy and clearly just there for a paycheck! Instead of just doing their job and making things go smooth for donors and their fellow workers they are more concerned about when their next break is!! They_re always changing the method of how much you get per visit and don_t bother to fill the donors in until after they_ve already donated. If you go eight times in a calender month you receive and extra $10 in addition to the cash you would normally receive for donating, so it is typical for them to decide to say the computers went down or make up some other lie in order to close the center early. I would say little tricks like that save them thousands of dollars during the last couple days of the month. The last time I went they had lowered the amount of cash a donor would normally get for two visits in a week and added that amount to what you would receive at the end of the month if you came eight times! That means the donor would have a better chance of being knocked out that money at the end of the month when they decided to say the computers went down, or gave some other lame reason. I wish the lowest score you could give was 0, but 1 for Worst Ever will have to do.

The place is easy to find. And I just know they benefit from plasma donations so I have continued to donate.

The staff here are not clear with there pre screening questions and worry more about goofing off and chatting with eachother than doing their jobs so it takes hours at this place and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone

My first donation experience was exceptional. The staff is very effecient, professional and knowledgable. Yes, there was a wait of over an hour, however with the amount of donor_s present, this was expected. I don_t understand why someone countinually returns to a institution where the feel the services are not up to par. -- The health care professionals on Eastman Road are very competent and skilled. I would reccomend this service to anyone. ---- You also have to keep in mind, that everyone has a bad day from time to time and unfurtunately it shows at work. I am a nurse and feel that my experience was above average. All HIPPA and exposure precautions were in place and followed to state requirements.

I find tht about every time I come in there,I am having 2 wait at least 2hrs _I am a regular donor.I also work in the Roofing Industry,I come in directly after work, occasionally I will close my eyes for a moment,I am always hearing my name called in the most rude loud manner possible.Considering the wait time ,it would seem as tho knowing the field of work I am in,tht it would b understood tht I get sleepy or will close my eyes. There are some of ur staff that r extremly courteous others are thinking they work in the prison(By the tone in their voices). The also have a attitude of the donors being beneath them.Which tht I find not right @ all.If there were another closer by I would still donate as to the experiences I have had with this one I no longer will.

The staff is courtious and professional, however, you all need to hire more phlebotomists. There is no reason a doner should wait two hours in the reception area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The center was immaculate and despite the heavy workload seemed very effecient to me. The back area staff, Donna in particular, were well trained and genuinely cared for each donor.
