One of my friend ask me if I already try to donate blood then I said no. Then she brings me on this location and I have a nice experience and I promise to myself that I should donate blood regularly.

I had an appointment to donate and showed up 5 minutes prior to find all the beds empty and only one other donor before me. Sadly, that_s how it stayed for the 45 minutes I waited. None of the staff seemed to be bothered by the fact that two donors were getting bored and kinda miffed that we were left to rot on the vine. Giving blood is great, the staff at this place, not so much.

The lady i spoke with over the phone was very nice. I had several questions to ask her and she answered all of them and was polite as can be. Thank you. I recommend you donating to to the American Red Cross.
