| Came to Montgomery center to donate blood, I asked to speak with a supervisor in the Blood donation dept. I_m a student at Auburn University looking for information on donating blood. A short black lady came down after about 36 minutes of waiting, she preceded to tell me how tired she was and that I was taking up her lunch time. This lady had no knowledge of anything I asked her, she stated that her name was Cassandra, and that she was a Lpn. She was very, rude and short winded. I don_t see how a company like Red Cross would hire someone so rude and ignorant, several other students that r in my class said that she did them the same way. I have always had so much respect for the American Red Cross until my encounter with this lady. This is not my first time doing a project about giving blood. The supervisor that I spoke with years ago was very knowledgeable about the process of donating blood,she even give me information about the Alyx procedure I can_t remember her name, short black lady with long hair is all I can recall. Please advise her about getting knowledge about her job |
