| so im out in front over an hour before they open, standing in the chilly weather and it doesnt look like i get to give today, what a complete waste of three trips now!! not impressed, and upset!!! thinking of just going to one of the other ones who dont have a limit or the number of new patients.. which they say is 15, and thats horseshit.. i think they may take 5 preselected patients a day.. |

| they seem to be retarded, ive been there twice already went for my third today and this ass old mexican bitch seemed to have a issue with me from the start i have two pages of tattoos and they failed to list that i had a stupid ink spot on my hand fron when i was 15 and she went out of her way to have me kicked out, i only went there cuz the money helps feed my daughter, so fuck them.. |

| We went down as first time donors knowing that they would only accept 30 new donors a day. At least that is what the receptionist told me on the phone. In reality they only accepted 5 new donors sending at least another 20 people home. We had driven half an hour got there an hour before they opened the doors and were turned away. Complete waste of time and money. We will never go back. TOO MUCH BS |

| I have been donating for 15 years at this facility, under 5 different companies. The staff is really helpful, even when the waiting to donate takes up to 3-3-3/4 hours some days. At other times it is a breeze, 2 1/5 hours. The center is kept clean and the staff is very friendly and know their job well. What ever the staff is being paid, it is not enough, considering the some of the people that come through the door. I would put these irrate folks out and/or call the police. One suggestion, if a donor is in the facility more than 3 hours, they should recieve a bonus of some kind. |

| First experience with this place- I arrived from the south, saw their sign and parked. Waited by door for them to open and eventually a maintenance worker told me I was at the back door. A simple \_back door, go around to front\_ would have saved me a lot of time. When I did go to front she said there were no more availabilities and I would have to come back another day- waisted trip! If you are a first time donor here, go early (1/2 hr. earlier then they open). |
