| Well I have to say that I am not satified with the service. There is no professionalism with the employees or managers. They are constantly talking about personnal issues that should be kept out of the work place. I understand that the employee and doner my have some conversation but don_t make it were the other doners have to wait untill your done with the conversation. On the wall they have a promise wriiten out to the doners to read, on it states that a return doner should only wait 2 hours and a new doner 3 hours. Last couple of times that I have been there I have had to wait one and a half hours just to have the capillary stick done. They need staff who know what they are doing, not pot heads. Thats another issue, DRUG SCREENINGS NEED TO BE DONE!!!!!! The employees smoke weed. I will report this to the Bureua of health if it is not handled. thank you |

| This place is always backed up and takes forever. I scheduled a 1:30 appointment and waited until 3:00 and I still wasn_t even pre-screened yet. I would only suggest going there if you are willing to wait and wait and wait. I_m not going back. |

| I am very upset. How could they let one of their best workers go. I have been coming to this center for years and nobody has ever treated me the way she did. She always made sure things were running well on the floor. I should of known something was up because her smile wasn_t there as much, she wasn_t on the floor as much either now that im thinking about it. Im not going to mention her name or mine, but the last time i seen her, she was upset about the way they where handling my process. My needle would not connect right to the line and she told one of the managers and i heard him say what he said, when she came over to the girl who stuck me, she repeated to her to restick me, the other young lady on the floor said wait a minute and went to the office, i don_t know what was said in there, but when she came out she said something about doing it the ghetto way (whatever that meant!)and that the manager told her to put tape around it, the other female (who is not there anymore)looked at them and shook her head and left off the floor. My donation went on but i havent seen her since. The problem with this center is that it is ran by young people, young people who think they know it all but in alreality do not have a clue because they are never on the floor. I do not know who to complain to about not having this phlebotomist around anymore but all i can say is corporate needs to come in here without any notice and see the things that go on here. Now I am not saying that everyone in there isn_t nice but the few that they get in here who care never stay for long. I hope one day i go in there and see her smiling face again, cause she always had this way of putting smiles on peoples faces even when they didnt want too. Its just a shame, shouldnt we have a coice in the matter? R |

| I have been donating at this center for years and I seen employees come and go and what upsets me is the manager that is at this center, this man has no care in the world, he talks to his employees like dirt. I feel sorry for this one girl who works in the back because she was always a cheerful young lady, now she barely speaks, she is always pleasant to me but i can tell something is wrong. I have known this girl for quit a few years ever since we meet when she worked at the other plasma center that closed down. She works very hard and always makes me feel very comfortable when i am there, but she is sad, i can tell. she always had sponk to her now she seems down. i dont like the way the manager talks to her, i be wanting to say something to him or call someone higher up but i feel it will just make things worse for her, she wont tell me whats wrong and i dont ask her because its none of my business and i dont want to make things worse for her. when i try another approach to get it out of her, she just smiles and says everything is ok, i keep saying her because i dont want to cause any more pain to her. she is a wonderful girl with a great personality. were i see others who just stand around talking and not paying attention. or the supervisor on the floor is telling everyone else what to do but everytime i see her she laughing, playing around with the managers and not tending to are needs, she acts like it when management comes through but in alreality she does nothing. the girls up front are very nice and i like seeing that little boy in the lab is always so pleasant never a bad thing to say, on the other hand the one girl who works back there has a attitude problem, and the way she speaks to people is uncalled for. i feel if they hired a new manager the center will run alot smoother then it does. he is just plan rude. i didnt mention anyones name because i want to remain anonomous as well as the employees. hope things change soon, this place use to be so busy now i just get in and out and i dont see the amount of people that use to be there. also i wish the best for that young lady i was talking about earlier cause i miss our little talks. |

| I have been treated very well. They_ve had a few problems with them losing my chart, but they have apologized and are working to improve. I have enjoyed getting to know some of the workers. |
