The place is very easy to locate. I bring my friend on my 2nd donation and we both earn extra cash. A good way to help someone_s life.

I am always happy to participate in a program that helps those who can_t help themselves. If I can benefit while doing that...bonus! Unfortunately, this program is not that easy. Biolife banks on high-tech in every aspect of its operation from security, identification, scheduling, medical records, etc. The system has problems of which they are aware -yet their IT doesn_t fix? I was a donor for a year; during which time I experienced frustration for the reason that in this business of human beings, high tech attempts to ditch humanity and leaves no recourse for its flaws. The latest example: My year is drawing to a close, and I was required to schedule another physical through the website. The site let me schedule on a date that was unacceptable to the center (unacceptable dates are usually blocked and it wasn’t), but I was at the center for a whole hour and going through their regime before I could find out that I would have to come back and start over. I have found one of Biolife’s shortcomings to be that they are not concerned with my time. And high tech is supposed to make things go swiftly and smoother? Long story short, I came back two days later to donate (physical wasn_t rescheduled for yet another couple of days), and their system wasn_t having any of that. It was only going to do the physical which is very lengthy (more than twice as long) and in addition, requires that you wait for a nurse to confirm answers to questions you were asked on the computer. I was so frustrated and out of time, after all of the preparation that donating takes, making two visits, and not being able to donate; that I called their system \_f_d\_ -because saying their “system is whacky\_ really doesn_t describe it... and I am permanently deferred for swearing. Wow. It is not like I was going back to be treated like that anymore anyway, but I feel that all I did was call it what it was. Because I believe in the overall program, I seriously hope that another company starts operation in the area. Biolife is expanding –yet they don_t have their foundation in place. And there is no incentive to do so.
