This center does not offer enough coupons and chances to make more money. They are also behind the times. Almost everyone has a smartphone of some kind and you should be able to pull up a coupon or promotion and have it scanned instead of having to print it out on paper, that just gets thrown away, to bring in. Instead of using a fingerprint to scan people in, clients should be given a card with all of their information on it, that is either scanned or swiped. The 1st card should be free when you start donating but the center could make money by charging for lost cards. If you don_t have a card, you can_t donate, and you don_t get paid. Things need to be more streamlined.

They were very informative, explaining the process, what they were looking for in the medical tests and why.

Outstanding in professionalism, quality and service! They are very busy and it does take time to get started, but once you_re in, you_re in! Be patient. They don_t take walkins. You must schedule all first time appts. in person or over the phone. Those appts. take 3-4 hours to perform and these appts. are scheduled a month out. After 2 donations, you can schedule appts. via the internet. That eliminates not getting through on their busy phone lines.
