For an organization that solicits such a life saving product it is impossible to schedule an appointment on that useless scheduling system. I will seek somewhere else that wants my help

The wait for personal file took way too long! Not professional at all! Management told me that they would mail out my paper work three times and I never received anything. Tons of staff standing around. Not professional at all.

I have been a plasma donor for two years since my Husband passed and needed plasma when ill. Recently I have had difficulties with the Janesville WI Center _ feel that what I am doing when donating is extremely beneficial. I had expected more professionalism from this facility as I have been a consistant donor. Any cooperation would be helpful as I feel I am getting nowhere. Plasma helped keep my husband strong for three years and I am proud that I am able to assist anyone in need. Thank you.

Biolife website lists the phone number as: (406) 655-4927 I haven_t tried either one and I_ve never been there, just thought I_d offer the info.
