There is no easier way to make a life saving difference in someone else’s life. A plasma donation takes a little longer, but is well worth it.

went to biomat for some extra money because l am unemployed and recently became homeless. Please keep in mind that I am not a drug addict and very rarely drink alcohal. Guess what? Because I_m homeless I was_nt accepted. No explanation. I am in very good health and my blood can help someone but I also could use some help.

This bloodbank was very welcomming at first. The lack of expirienced staff truely showed there colors after 2 months of donating. When needle was incerted once i stared leaking out of site of draw. Madeanage aware of situation ie: nickname kg or gk and was recieved by non addressed issuea of staff. So I came back at second donations of week and same satff stuck my and same thing. Bleed out from site. Tried to adress issue with staff and was recieved by O your bleeding cause of scare tissue. Well let me pause. I told them ive been stuck for over 2 months and my right arm has a deep Vien. Everytimw thereafter

I had never donated plasma before, the staff at the Biomat in Las Vegas made me feel very comfortable and were very informative. Everyone was smiling and treated us well. I love it and will be back.

I have donated for Biomat USA at there Salt Lake city branch and loved it. When i moved to Vegas i decided i would still donate however after donating the first two initial times i have not gone back. They are slow typical donation is 4-5 hours and that is with an appointment set. the workers are unprofessional and dont know what they are doing, i have huge veins and in SLC they would use me to help the new workers, but in vegas they had to poke me three times to get the needle in (2 different people). becuase of all of this i am going to a different donation center that treats me better

I started donating there before they remodeled. The interior is no longer disgusting but has the same unprofessional people. The best phlebotomist they had, left to work for a competitor. Most of the people they hire did not go to school for phlebotomy but instead are given on the job training. I know this because I_ve asked them personally. I have good veins and should be an easy stick, and I won_t get into specifics here but I_ve experienced unecessarily rough and uncomfortable treatment during a stick by staff members who obviously don_t feel comfortable with their abilities, proof they shouldn_t be allowed near someone with a needle. The managers on the other hand are nice and reasonable people but it_s too bad they don_t hire a better calibre of staff.

From the first time i went i loved the place. From front to back every one is helpful and polite. My iron is low sometimes and the staff more than 1 took the time to talk to me about my diet and eating habits to better help me. the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome!!

I was just at the facility on Las Vegas Blvd. First I was told that I would be able to donate if I brought in certain verification. Then, when I returned I was told that there was a notation in some record somewhere that I was deferred. It didn't make sense because I was also told that my file was not available and that my records dated back before they went computerized. If they can't find my records in their storage I told that I won't be able to donate. I don't think it's right that I should be prevented from donating when they are the ones who can't verify that there is a reason that I can't. I haven't done anything myself that would disqualify me.
