The primary purpose of plasma is to transport nutrients, hormones, and proteins to the parts of the body that need it. That is why we need to donate plasma for those in need.

Everyone who_s getting all butthurt because of the rules, just stop. They don_t make the rules. Literally every single plasma donation center will have the same restrictions. I think that everyone here is awesome. As long as I don_t go at a really busy time, the longest I ever have to wait is like 15 minutes.

Have been going here for over a year now, employees are nice and will answer any questions to the best of their knowledge. Will occasionally make mistakes but they are only human! Cant expect any more out of these people than they already give, that is to say they are doing their jobs. Waiting time varies day to day. Company policies are a little annoying but do not take it out on employees. Also, you need to watch how many times you have donated in order to enter some raffles, they dont always remember too, but I am pretty sure that isnt in their job description anyways!

Seems like someone has a fight to pick with Megan. Somehow I doubt that all of you commented on the same topic with the same opinion within such a short window. Somehow it seems like only 1 person has a problem with Megan.

They have undergone a lot of changes lately and I think things may? be for the best. Only time will tell. Waiting times have gotten better because they have hired more staff, that are actually staying, and the atmostphere is pleasent most of the time.

Being polite would mean that the manager Megan would have to be polite. I_m a long time donor and if she continues to stay I_m sure that the facility will not be the best that it can be. My thoughts and feelings are to fire her before you have no donors left. I know I won_t be back until she is gone. It was that bad of an experience.

Great service aside from the occasional long wait, which is not their fault. Professional people, yet relaxed.
