| I arrived at 5:58On June 28, 2018 and they said they cannot except me because it was close to six. And I don’t agree with this because you close at six and I drove all the way there thinking that I’d be excepted because I was there before six . |

| i have tried twice to donate my plasma for the money (which is the only i would do this) and they have turned me down for no good reason stating that there was justification for their actions. wrong. they state that they cant find my veins. well then they are the only people in the world that cant find my veins. i have had an iraqi war vet, EMT, ER personal, regular doctors and medical testing places be able to find my veins. these people need to learn where people_s veins are and how to reconize them. |

| Awesome bunch. They remember you each time and are all friendly and have fun while working so it puts you at ease. If you_ve never given before this is the place to start just drink lots of water the day before and be prepared for a 3 hour process the first time you give but after that I_m out in less than 75 minutes from the time I walk it - I always make an appointment each time also |

| I want to thank everyone there at Biomat. I know the first time it takes a while, but there is a reason for this. No one should complain, it is for a good cause and you get paid for it. They made it so easy for me and let me ask any questions I had. Just knowing that I am giving to something as important as this, I really don_t care about the money. Thank you. |

| They all are very professional, know what they are doing, always in and out in less than 90 minutes, sometimes under 60 if you make an appointment(which I always do). |

| I have only one complaint. They won_t let you sleep while donating! Kidding, it_s for our own safety. The people there are great. Very professional but also laid back enough to make you feel at ease. |

| It does take a few days wait to get an appointment (think 3-5 business days, they_re closed Mon but open Sat) for the first time, plan on that. There are only so many they can do in a day. Once you_re past the initial donation, it_s a breeze. Be sure to be very hydrated or you_ll mess up the physical and have to reschedule. Once you_re past all that it_s a breeze. You can get appointments the same day you call or just walk in. I opt for the appointment because I want to be sure not to worry about a wait. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly. I haven_t been to another place but I can_t imagine them being better elsewhere. If you_ve never done it before and are worried, I_d do it and do it here. You won_t regret it. |

| Never gave before. It took a long time the first day but after that I usually get in right away and am done in about an hour and 15 minutes. Only had once instance where they didn_t get the vein the first time. I_m relatively happy with my experience here. |

| Called yesterday (monday) to find that this center was closed, was advised by girl that answered the phone to call back today to make an appointment for my first donation, started caliing 4 hours ago and still have not had anyone answer the phone. |
