| I used to go here untill they started needle hooking my arm and it swelled up because they couldnt right and it bruised severly. So I gave it another chance. Now I cant even get someone to answer my calls and if they do I am immediately put on hold and dont hear from anyone after that. I think this is rude and unprofessional behavior. I am now looking for a new place to donate |

| I began using this facility mid - 2011, the staff seemed to be polite and answered my questions. Early 2012 to date some of the people at this facility seemed VERY unprofessional in the work ethic. It_s very sad when a few people make it difficult for others who actually do their jobs and make the visit a pleasant experience. Martha; Sharon, Chris, Alex, Danielle, and Diane are among those who contribute to a positive experience at this center, but I_ve had several overwhelmingly negative experiences here whereas only the first person I mentioned was available to help and fix the problem and I would like to say thank you so much Martha for making my visit (s) positive, I_m just worn down from the low-moral that seems to impact this facility and I will not return to Bio mat. |

| I really dont need a reminder to be nice. your facility is by far the greatest in this area. most places around here are full of crack heads and they are filthy. i like the treatment and the cleanliness. thanx Ryka |

| First visit. Nice n clean.staff very nice.30 then 45.then 20 then 30.right now eighth visit 50 bonus. Glad I went to this place. |

| Everyone there IS EXTREMELY NICE and make you as comfortable as possible. HOWEVER why is it that EVEN IF U HAV an APPT. you still end up waiting forever, before you are called back? Whats the point of the appt?? |
