all you people sound like a bunch of cry babies. i belive that the staff is very nice and respectful. No one has ever rushed me and they have never messed u my arms. I have been going over a year now and have had a decent time there. Most of the girls will have full length conversations with you and they take the time to know all their patients. Donating plasma already has a bad name and the workers have to deal with alot at one time so y dont all of you just lay off and let them do their job. remember its ur choice to go or not.

First time in took about 5 hours, staff was mostly friendly, my visit was worth the extra money and the good feeling you get from donating for people who need it. The only thing that really bothered me about the place is that one of the \_Medical Supervisors\_ argued with me when I brought up compatibility of my plasma to other recipients, he stated \_plasma is plasma, there is no difference\_ which simply is not true.

it used to be that the waiting was the biggest drawback but now it is how they run new donors ahead of the faithful donors every week and now they have cut the pay when you sit there for 4 plus hour hours it is not hardly worth the time when your making big bucks off the plasma and paying the donor peanuts.the big problem is the money.i have no problem with the staff.

I have had a variety of experiences, but like most businesses, they have had their problems. There are some rude people that work there and there are some managers that do not seem to know what they are even doing. They are usually short staffed, but when they say they are hiring, you never see anyone they supposedly hired in the center ever again. They will not hire you if you have experience at all. As a donor, I find the process of getting a physical tedious and annoying after sitting there for 4 and a half hours. Then, they get you to the back to actually get your physical, and it takes another hour for them to call you in for it. Once that is done, it usually goes smoothly. All I can tell you is DO NOT let Esmerelda stick you. She is irresponsible and does not check veins and is likely to ruin someone for donating yet, permanently.

They lose files all the time _ have blown my vein 2 x_s the last time it happened I showed the lady who had done it, she shrugged her shoulders _ said \_oh well it happens\_. The are to many people _ very few workers. And when you do go back certain workers act like they have all night _ stop to gab w/ the other employees or they stick you very rushed. Agh, very sorry service.

Never been there, but I called to confirm the phone number and address. They added that current rate is $50 for each of the first two visits, then $25,$45 for the first and second visits within any calendar week.
