This PLACE is horrible the staff is rude and impatient...takes A long time eventhough there are sitting available for more they are mainly on the phone making personal phone calls you can hear them even if you dont want to. IDC about the cold and the normal eating healthy habits which is the norm for the pprocedureand you are RIGHT we are here to get that extra money NO NEED to treat donors like beggars! be professional we are donating plasma we get so much money you are there getting paid to do a JOB! so do it professionally you are NOT paying us out of YOUR pocket!! THE staff does not make me feel comfortable at ALL that is why I stopped going they make you feel like a crackhead beggin for that donation money making you wait for it while they sit there and take their sweet time! I would try another but it seems its the same mentality everywhere! you guys just suck the worst!

Okay. Well, the thing about this place is that the only way you are going to be attended ASAP is if you make an appointment. If you end up going any day without an appointment be prepared to sacrifice some hours of your day. They take forever to get you to donate plasma. After your first time donating you will still have a quick medical review so always eat healthy and plenty of water the day before. Also , make sure you have a meal before you go in since they may ask you. And if you didn_t have a meal, they allow you to get a quick meal around the area. Anyways all regulars already know this so you will learn as well if you become a regular donator. Other info is that the building place is cold, so briging a jacket would help you stay warm. They also allow you to bring something to help you relax such as an Ipod, Laptop, or book. When you go in to donate they make a fuss if you answer your phone so make sure you have no pending calls for around at least 1-3 hours from the time you ge there. If it is your first or second time they will make small talk to get you to relax so don_t automatically assume that they are flirting with you because the people that work their are at most times reserved and polite while other times just friendly. Overall, you pretty much will tolerate the process and the employees because at least you know you_ll be getting your money. And we all know that your reason for going was on basis of the money not because of the great need of plasma and how the use of it can save someones life.

Beware when going to donate if you are a going do not take you wife or girlfriend the guys there are very unprofessional hitting on women instead of doing there job would like to report this person any help would be helpful where to file complaints.

i didnt have any trouble with the donation. i went there with someone that donated. their was a young lady named rosana, who was very rude. not only to the patients but to another co-worker, another young lady. after the other young lady asked this rosana for some help with another patient rosana yelled at her and told her to learn to do it herself. i don_t know what the process is if they are suppose to ask each other for help. but rosana then turned around and told another girl that, that young girl was stupid and she was saying alot of other bad things about the young lady. rosana was very unproffessional, in front of the customers and her co-workers. in my opinion rosana should not be working with people if she has not people skills.

This is the worst center I_ve ever been in. The ppl there are so slow to get you in and out, it took me and hour just to be called and be sat down to donate. To long of a process, what they need to do is get there minds together and create a faster more convinient way to get doners out. Technology has advanced BioMat get in the same level!!!!
