Worst experience in my life! The staff never acknowledged I was there let alone greeted me. I_ve been to several plasma centers and this was horrible compared to them! Awful place! Go elsewhere.

At first I was furious because I had got skipped and ended up waiting an hour after signing in before I finally went to the front to find out what was going on. There was a sharp looking gentleman who was more than willing to hear me out and who also remedied the situation. He talked me out of leaving and inmediately got me going. The process was long, but a lot shorter than what was told to me and I was okay with that. The staff there was very friendly and professional once I got going. The girl who did my physical was very nice and answered all my questions. The Lead girl on the floor knew her stuff and I was very impressed. There was lots of laughing by the employees and donors and that made me feel more comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this place because of how I was treated, with RESPECT! :D

Staff is very friendly and every one seems to get along with each other pretty good. They do keep the place clean. My only complaint is that they claim to have internet access but I have never been able to get on when I asked about it I was told that they limit how many people can get on. But I_ve been in there on really slow day_s and still couldn_t get on I_m sure that they could afford to upgrade there system to let more people on. I_m not the only one how complains about this I_ve heard other people complain about it to.

Always new people there who are being trained on your time and your body. They can_t keep their staff and it shows in their attitude

You may want to make a way to pre-sreen potential donors. Like a poster on the bulletin board or a message on your phone or a handout when we try to make an appointment. The people there were friendly and look out for your safety as well as potential recipients, but the is a certain lack of respect for peoples time and they could save some time and money if they would do some sort or prescreening. I spent 5 hours on Saturday doing everything they said but my visit was cut short when I mentioned my \_RA\_ I had wasted 5 hours of my Saturday. I was very upset. You may want to think about that in the future.

Staff was friendly and professional. I would give it 5 stars, but my only time so far donating was a 6 hour wait cause they had people pass out and had to call an ambulance. They treat you well and make sure the procedure is sterile. It didn_t smell like smoke and the staff was not rude like I read in someone_s comment. They let you make appts or walk in. Great place to donate!

They need to answer the phone and give people an opportunity to donate plasma. They won_t let you make an appointment the same day.

The wait sucked but seemed to be about average. My first time took 4 hours, they said it_d be 3 and a half. The staff was friendly enough and the place seemed clean. I didn_t think it was the best clinic I_ve been in but for donating plasma, it was good enough. I_d go there again.

JUST A WARNING PLAN ON SPENDING A VERY LONG TIME THERE!! The first time appointment was VERY long!! About 4 hours. I did go back thinking that maybe it was just for the first timers. Well the second time was just a long and the staff seemed to talk to each other more than do there jobs!! It would go alot faster and smoother if the staff was seemed to care about your time!! It was clean and that was nice. Good luck....

They warned that the first time would be 2-3 hours, but it was really 4. The people were pleasant, and my person was very good at the needle stick, but a 4 hour appointment could have been condensed into 2.

Staff acts like you are a burden to be there. The place reaks of smoke. I feel like I_m going to get shot if I accidentally look at anybody.
