Love the place people are friendly but they allow people from Salvation Army to donate after find out not allowed. A Marc Horten goes there all the time/. Was caught we where told would do something about it and they asked him questions and he lied so still allowed to be there.. Need to really check in on this

I had a hard time being able to donate because I have exercise-induced asthma. They had all my medical records faxed in, I had to get two different physician_s signed approvals to allow me to donate, plus I could only donate after an entire asthma attack-free month. Their reason? Because the anti-coagulate they give you to keep the blood flowing COULD close the airways. My plasma was fine, but they made me jump through hoops to donate. A frustrating experience that was not worth the time and energy on my part.

Nice people that work there. Clean. Comfortable environment. Only downfall, for the time and all the plasma you give, you really dont get much in return. It would be nice to get cash, instead of money on a card, half the time you dont get the full amount of money that you were suppose to get, due to card fees. Monthly prizes are great, but not enough to go around, considering how many people donate!

The service there has greatly improved. I went there a few years ago and it was scary. I needed money so I went back. The whole place changed. The people were very nice and helpful. Im terrified of needles and they made me feel very comfortable. Everything was GREAT!!!!

I when to the plasma center real skeptical because of what everyone has been posting, however quite to my surprise its totally different that what other people are saying. It was clean, fast, and everyone was polite. I ask and employee has their been any changes recently and they stated that the facility was under new management. Overall great place to go to get some extra cash.

Ive gone 4 times and the last time I gave plasma, the needle went out of my vain. The machine started pumping blood back into my arm to the point that it started to swell up. I waited 3 hours to give that day so I had no other choice but to have them stick me in the other arm. I didn_t get a sorry, they just acted like nothing happened. They gave me 5 dollars extra for having to stick me twice. It makes me sick just thinking about that place. But, desprite times calls for desprite measures...Im going back tomorrow to get the extra money i need for rent.

As of Aug. 10, the $5 bonus for people over 175lbs (that donate 900g more than people under 175lbs), has been removed. When I went in I told them I wanted to donate the amount a person that weighed under 175lbs would. They told me that I HAVE to donate the extra 900g for the same fee received as a person that donated 900g less. I feel like I should have the choice, that’s all.

be careful it_s a scam went through the procedure, the doc forged documents, four different people came in awhile i was getting my exam, they had no privacy about my medical. they refused to give a corporate number, they laughed at me. 3 1/2 hours and only got 20.00$ like i am a crack head. their is only meth head and drug addicts go their.

That place is disgusting and I worry about the people that go in there. I came to donate one time and had to leave because the appearance scared me. Every employee was nice and helpful but the building itself made me uncomfortable. I will never return. I_d rather donate blood for free.
