The staff is not only rude here and disrespectful they also harrasse people and their hemecrit levels arent accurate the manger of all people does not help at all or is not concerned with these issues he does nothing im a good smaritian giving my time and plasma to save peoples lives you think they would appreciate that and respect you and give good customer service plus they would be out of a job if it werent for people like me

I think some of the employee_s really need some lessons on how to treat and talk to donors with respect and manners. Most of the employee_s do a very good job, but sometimes there are a few that make it a bad experience. I hope that management will look at this and offer suggestions to personnel.
