the first time I went in I ended up with rashes from wrist to armpit on both arms due to the fact that the tech did not change gloves before attempting my needle being put in (I_m allergic to Topical Iodine)

so most of the comments that you see are from ZLB or some thing like that and not for CSL plasma, that being said it_s a nice place has nice staff and if you like your arm going numb then for sure go

Not only do they pay by \_weight\_ of the person, but I had the most horrible experience here that it took me 5 years to want to donate blood again. The nurse here stuck a hole in my arm and went through the entire vein! It took lots of wiggling and sticking the needle in the SAME hole for her to get it right. You_d think maybe they_re realize how much that HURTS and use the other arm! Idiots and rude. It_s worse than going to the DMV.

You guys are the biggest joke ever you guys are so dam rude it is not funny someone needs to look into the way their employees treat the customer trust me you guys are not any better than I am. I hope every employee their gets fired. They deserve. NEVER GO TO ZLB PLAZMA
