I have never met such incompetent non professionals in my life. The head nurse Judy was down right rude. She over talked me twice and found the phone call much more important then I, even though I was waiting well before. Judy acted like she was doing me a favor. So much for csl code of conduct in making the donor feel comfortable. I just assume now to go to RED CROSS and give them my plasma. This facility needs a overhaul.
