sitting out side the center was people sitting that looked homeless. a girl shaking with a friend holding here and i am pretty sure there was a guy smoking pot around the corner. then when i walk in to the center it was so packed i could not find a seat so i stood there waiting. while standing there for about 30 mins looking at all the people that looked like they were on drugs, the guy next to me asks if i wanted to buy some meth. so needless to say i left without donating.

waited in line for 3 hours then told I couldnt donate because I donated plasma 7 years ago. employees were rude and disrespectful. seemed like they were in a hurry and didnt want to be there.

The only deficit of our plasma donation center is there are too many donors for the employees to handle in a timely manner. Waiting 2 hours in the waiting room is often the average. For a donor city the size of Springfield (the 3rd largest city in Missouri), they are understaffed. The majority of the employees are wonderful, caring people, though, and I_m glad they are there.
