| They discriminate against transgender people by denying them because their gender marker on their government issued identification doesn_t match their genitals. For no other reason. Their office policy towards a transgender person is humiliating and horrible. I do not recommend. |

| Horrible staff, no idea what they are doing. Staff would rather gossip and giggle about their personal lives than help persons donating. Would not recommended to anybody ever unless you want to be poked, prodded and ignored. A bunch of stupid monkeys. |

| CSL Plasma center is the only place I have donated. Although I have been to Yale, I never got the chance to donate there. Mainly because the place was a bit to small for comfort. On the side note the employees at CSL Plasma Center are pretty much average when it comes down to it. There will be new people every few months and the people that are there long term will try to be helpful to you in their own ways. I have donated there for about a year and half now and although there are new people there I found the service pretty much the same. Helpful at times, Uncaring at others. I am reminded that we all can_t have our own ways and our own comforts the way we want to. We aren_t there for comfort anyways, we are there for money. As long as you keep that in your mind and push through there shouldn_t be a real problem. If there is a problem then a manager will more than likely fix it for you at least try to. |

| I was told i am deferred forever because i failed to inform them of all my tattoos, which i didn_t because they are so old from my younger days,i figured of i told them they would say i have too many and not let me donate. It_s not like i_m diseased i want to help save lives. I have a clean bill of health. She made me feel so awful, she could_ve written them all down and say to go back after so much time, but no she said Deferred Forever. Errrrrr,,,,,,, |

| This place is horrible the employees dont care about the people they spend their time playing with the radio or gossiping with one another. Then when they get off work they go to the front of the line to donate they should have to wait like everybody else. There are better places in albuquerque to go. |

| First time I was literally there for 5 hours, the employees are in no hurry whatsoever. After that on average am there for 2 hours. Half of the time their monitors for checking in are broken or not functioning properly hence the time delay. Some of the employees walk right by you as if they don_t see you to avoid working. Some don_t seem to know what they_re doing when they stick you because they have to keep moving the needle around causing pain. On my last visit they deferred me based on my temperature being 99.7, and it needs to be 99.6, I asked the white man to check it again and he refused, coincidentally as soon as I got home 5 minutes later I checked my temperature and it was 97.5. What a joke. What these employees don_t realize is that all donors are human beings. They have no right to judge. If you ask me some of them need to go through customer service training. If you don_t like your job quit. Realize you all would not have job if it wasn_t for us donors. |

| The staff is horrible! All these employees for nothing. Wait an hour in line, wait 30mins to get a bed, 20mins to get disconnected. Plus no cash! One store to get cashback less than $20, goodluck! | Most the people there are worthless. The behave as though they already know they are going to piss you off,go and you will know exactly what i mean. Most of the time you leave feeling sick with your arm in pain and or bruised for three weeks. When you refer someone the girl who draws her eye brows in forgets to note it so you don_t get paid. When you do get paid it is with plastic so you end up paying all your money in debit charges,can never get money unless you purchase items at all stores. And the parking lot is not servallinced so they break in to vehicles and forget about riding a bike they still them all the time front bike rack right in front of building. They don_t pay for crap and the people suck. Place will some how some way screw you over. Something about that place,its horrible. This is all from my own personal experience,hell most of all what i said happened in one afternoon. . |

| This place sucks the little girls that work there are well a bag of hammers are more intelligent. And man why do the girls all have hair on their necks and they all stinck. And the guys act like girls. Why are people there so stupid are they inbreds. And that girl who pencils her own eye brows she seems to be feibal minded i think she flings her crap. She must be part monkey. She smells horrible feel like throwing up. Monkey girl needs a hydrogen peroxide bath. Please dunk her stinky monkey ass in water. Catch her with a banana the dunk the stinky monkey. All the girls are fat.gross fat they look like they will eat anything and crap all over themselves. And walk around like that. | Wow!! Where do I start? This place is terrible. Stay Away!! Unless your completely desperate!! They treat you like a piece of crap! It_s a terrible way to make money! You_ll spend half of your day just to make a measly $20! They_ll stab you with their needles in the most incompetent way then ignore you for the next 60 to 90 minutes. That doesn_t include the hour or two you_ve waited in the lobby before hand! Then after the machine they hooked you up to is done, you_ll wait another 20 minutes trying to get someones attention. But they_ll be so busy with their gossip that it will be hard for them to attend to you or maybe their just really into the movie that_s playing on the tv that was intended for the customer! I wanted to cry! :( |
