I just got back from here and I was kicked out because I was wearing pajama bottoms. There are apparently new policy changes and I was not aware of since I was not allowed to donate for 6 months. That deferred policy says it isn_t suppose to take effect until JULY 1, 2013! I let the staff know I was gone for 6 months and I told them I had noticed the Fee changes, which have DROPPED, and the deferred policy change, and now the random on site DRUG test policy change, but no one told me about the new dress code change policy. I didn_t even know they had one!!! SO needless to say, I waited an hour outside for nothing and I_m one of the early birds. So i_m pretty upset about that because I got the _ I should have known better_ attitude. This place is average simply for lack of informing new and prior deferred donors about new policy changes. I think all the new policies should be in that new donor folder with the information about what the center is all about. The best time to go is in the morning as soon as they open because after 7am they start getting backed up and you_ll end up waiting 10 mins before you even get hooked up and 10 mins to get unhooked when you are done. So make sure if you go there during the day you have nothing to do because the wait time is long! |

They are usually pretty nice to if you are nice to them. as far as the debit card goes the best way to handle that is to go to a sheets gas station and use their ATM because there is no surcharge! and ya actually they do tell you that you get in on a Debit card and not cash...keep up the good work guys |

There is woker named Deanna, a tall white girl with glasses. This girl is most incompetent and unperfesional person in the whole place. Every other word out of her mouth was the f-word and she is constantly slacking off and complaining about having to work. Stay clear Deanna, I really don_t understand how she still has a job after all these years. She really gives this place a bad image because there are nice and profesional people working there. |

as nice as i can be- hear is the flat out truth! they do not tell you- your not getting cash- its a citi bank visa card. they do not tell you this on the phone or on the web! I rode my bike hear 2 times and still have not donated! the first time they turned me down because my one eye was a little red in the one corner. what? are you for real- the temp is 90, just did a 10 mi bike ride with sweat in my eye and its allergy season, just putting it out there! the second time is when i found out they dont even give you cash. i was told you can take the card to the dollar store and they will give you $10 for it. when on the phone a lady told me all i needed was my license- when i got there they said i \_had to have my ss card\_. ive tryed and heard enough, the new location and set up looks great but they have gone two steps forward to take one step back. not recomended for people that are highly on the go, not recomended for cash, your donation is the reward! |

been a donor for many years, always treated with respect, especially by debbie. i dont see her anymore, think she quit. she was always friendly and works hard. most of the older people are nice, some think they are too good to talk, but mostly good. |

I have been donating here for 11 years. The staff is helpful and friendly. I joke that it is the longest part-time job that I have ever had!! If you are in a hurry - this is NOT the place to be! Donation does take time. |

The employees are friendly and supportive the vast majority of the time. The major drawback is the amount of time that you have to wait before starting your donation. It is not un-common to wait 3 hours before you are seen. |
