| On august 5, 2015 one of the Csl plasma workers named Kayla randomly walked up and pulled a needle out of my arm and didn_t have any gauze in her hands. She and all of the workers including the manager on duty at the time watched me bleed for almost a full minute from a open vain. I said to the girl why aren_t you getting gauze to apply pressure and she just stared at me, then I yelled for someone to get gauze and they still didn_t respond until I almost completely went unconscious and one of their workers tried to walk off with my computer when I could barely keep my eyes open. Then the girl and another worker started yelling at me to hold my own gauze which is not my job and I wasn_t wearing gloves either (which is unethical and unsanitary.) Then a worker was yelling questions at me when I could barely hold my head up straight while still holding the one piece of a soaked through couple pieces of bled through gauze. Nobody checked my pulse, or blood pressure afterwords to check my vital statistics either they just asked me questions. The manager that has a bald head and is chubby and wears glasses refused to wrap up my arm when there was blood all over half of my arm, there was also blood all over the arm rest/side of the bed and on the floor. Eventually they wrapped up my arm and had another person tell me that they would pay me 20 extra dollars on that visit and the next one. I talked to someone who said he was a manager on the 8th of august and he said that they would reprimand the person responsible, they also refused to say what punishment she would receive. he also told me that something like that would never happen again and that I wouldn_t be deferred when I asked him about it. The problem is that when I came back a week later on august 12, 2015 manager deferred me for 2 months saying that they thought I lost 200 milliliters of blood and said that that_s a double unit of blood and it_s not and said that to air on the side of caution they needed to defer me for 8 weeks. she just rattled off a bunch of stupid stuff and tried to act like I was stupid, and when I told her that it shouldn_t take that long to replace the cells she dismissed my arguments. I knew she was lying because I_ve been taking medical classes for 2 years so I went online to double check and it takes 3-4 weeks maximum and she deferred me for 8 weeks. I have completed the Emergency Medical technician Program at Sinclair Community college, my job specifically involves treating life threatening injury. Those employees violated every basic rule of C.P.R. nobody tried to apply direct pressure which is a basic bleeding control technique. What they did was incredibly dangerous and I almost went into full shock. I didn_t have a radial pulse (the one at the wrist) which is a sign of the beginning stages of shock. The only reason I had to check my own heart rate is because the people that were supposed to check my pulse....didn_t. I_m an Emergency Medical Technician and they violated the basic rules of bleeding control and C.P.R. I have never seen such unprofessional business in my life and unless you have to I would not go to CSL Plasma unless I absolutely had to. they also make up stupid excuses for deferring people for months at a time... I_ve seen them do it to a lot of people and smile in their faces and lie. |

| Seriously...some people need this money. I_m off work for short tem disability and it only pays me 1oo buks a week. I had to have emergency surgery and have mouths to feed...dirty or not the needle is clean Spfld wouldn_t take me because I_m a hard person to draw from..so I say I_m happy to have a place to go so my children can eat |

| First off the place is not clean, it smells like a vet. Another thing is we were there for over 5 hours no joke...I was told that I was going to receive $50 for the donation, I went thru the donation process and they then informed me that I was receiving $30. The price difference is because of this I weighed in at 144 pounds, if I would of weighed 150 then I would of got the 50.....So if you go plan on waiting forever |

| walk in as a first timer...wow looks like they just got off the bus from the job center...okay 50 dollars first donation, an 2 hr wait/process...kinda cool...\_reality is this\_ sign up on wait list.....2 hrs latter screen...2hrs latter see a \_dr\_ 1-2 hrs latter get in 15-20 min latter get stuck...a few times...donate...wait...get money go.wow 1 day 50 dollars or for the stupid go wait 3 hrs for 25 dollars go get jobs! you are not there for the good, just the cash. Ohh the building inside and out looks like a homless shelter. |

| after waiting four hours(not joking) to start the process i was told my zip code in south dayton is out of the range set by corporate policy, too bad. watched people get lied to over the phone that the wait was 20-35 minutes.....RIDICULOUS!!!!NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| oh man, well I was looking for a place to go to donate plasma for a school project, but this place seems awful. I drove by the place once and it looked hideous from the outside. Looks like I_ll be driving out of town to donate plasma. this place is a dump |

| It used to be a five hour wait now tit is half that.They constantly change the rules without posting them. This waste my time and gas. If they stop excepting walk-ins on sundays or change thie hourss fine post it! Don_t have me waste my gas and time finding out when I get there! |

| the helena st location isnt real impressive. 20 seats and 100 people standing around.not all of the staff seem real bright. when you ask for a social security card you prob_ly shouldnt ask _whats this_ when someone hands you one. and then to get angry about it....ask a silly question ,get a silly answer.i know they have to deal with all kinds there,but its not my problem. i wont be going back any time soon.at least not untill they clean the place up a bit |
