Everyone was very friendly and walked me through the process. They made sure I understood what donating was, maybe a little too well. I felt very safe and will go back.

I also was treated rather rudely, and one of the other people who worked there said the girl was new. I think her name was Jennifer? I will just go to the one in OKC.

unlike the first comment made i think ALL the employees(expecially jessica) at zlb are great!! i think that anyone who disagrees is probably not doing what they are suppose to do to begin with and are just angry becausae they weren_t able to donate. don_t believe anything anyone says, even me, just go there for yourself and make your own opinion.

I donated @ ZLB for the first time, I had never donated plasma before. The staff was polite and very informative. The screen process is long, But it has to be to assure quality of the plasma they collect. I was very comfortable during the process and in a relaxed environment. I am looking forward to donating again!

I want to say that overall the ZLB Plasma Service in Norman, Oklahoma-Was a very sad experience-the people at the front desk-were extremely rude! Myself and others were made to feel as though we were less than dirt- One person in particular(Jessica) at the front desk made extemely rude and personal remarks to other employees and other donors in front of the person they were speaking of-this person should be fired-or in the least monitored-and not deal with the public-at all! Too bad the postings are reviewed, the real postings will never make it to the public!
