I can_t believe how horrible this place was. The people are filthy several of them have nasty hair and stanky bottoms. please if your gonna smell like a fish market call in. I do not believe a hung over employee should be anywhere near me. Thanks for listening.

Long lines... to be expected, slow staff... it happens, unprofessional and rude staff... UNACCEPTABLE! These people do not pay attention to donor needs and are more concerned about where they are clubbing that night than if you are having an issue

My First donation wasn_t too long ago and I can proudly say its my last time. the place is okay, workers attitude is horrible I notice them treat people like low life idiots Concedring they buy people_s plasma for cheap and sell it for outrageous prices and other thing that makes me dislike the place is that I never heard much profanity coming out of employees mouth at any place in Lawton very unprofessional and barely trained wide up people and stop letting idiot who think they are doctors when they actually morons distespect you after taking your bodily fluids for $20

i had been a long time donar with this place since they opened at this location. i also was a doner at the previous location. my piercing had never been a problem until recently. it is now against their policy even if you were a regular doner to accept genital piercings. you will be banned!! what kind of crap is that?? they never had a problem with it since 1996. my plasma has always been good. wtf??

The workers are very nice. They make you feel as part of the whole operation and they treat your life with care. I dislike the fact that you have to form line in the cold outside the entrance; however, it is no fault of the company. Only problem is their computer system is too slow.

the people there move slow it takes like four freakin hours to get it all done. it should not take this long trust me I know its annoying when it takes up your whole day. if they are gonna make it like you are putting hours in like a part time job maybe they should pay more. its almost not worth all the time you have to sit in there.

I felt I should post as a rebuttal to the 1 star rating I see. The place isn_t perfect, but they do their job, usually do fine on getting the high volume of people through as quickly, but also as safely, as they can. They make money for our Plasma, so when they turn someone away, it_s because it is for the donor and the possible recipient_s health and safety. As for a doctor...be thankful if what they do informs a person of their need to see a doctor, but it_s not their responsibility to give healthcare to the donors that come in. Go to the local county hospital where they legally must treat you even if you don_t have insurance or money if you want to see a doctor for \_free\_. They have guidelines and health codes to follow that are set by people with much bigger pay checks.

This place SUCKS! if your blood preasure is too high too many times they refuses to let you donnate untill you see a doctor, but they don_t have a doctor on site! And not everyone can afford to see a doctor, if they_re going to require you to see a doctor in these instances they should have one on staff for this purpose!
