| why did they strip the bonuses from the anti D donorsbut the workers here at CSL plasma still get it why don_t they just do the flat rate and then pay extra for the anti D donors and I am a gold donor |

| CSL Plasma obviously doesn_t pay their employees very well because the places are both infested with the most unprofessional, rude, downright ghetto folks I_ve encountered at any one business. The only redeeming quality about these folks is their CSL scrub attire, and their somewhat ability to speak English or should I say Ebonics. They have loud filthy mouths, are painstakingly slow, very rude indivisuals that treat the donors that aren_t from their hood like they don_t exist. They_re the type of people who walk around with the \_everybody owes me something\_ attitude, who usually wind up robbing a bank I bet if they were drug tested randomley half of them wouldn_t pass. It is by far one of the worst experiences of my life. It is the epitomey of poverty. I wouldn_t suggest anyone go they_re that has any class about themselves unless forced to at gun point or your basically on your last leg desperate for some cash. |

| I have donated in the past and began donating again recently. I do like that they are now more automated and the check in process runs smoother. Once you are checked in, that is when chaos ensues.....LOL. Each time I have gone in, they have taken out chairs and moved things around. Donors now have to sit on the floor or wait for over an hour standing because homeless people camp out in there during the day. I aleady am familiar with which Tech_s to have and which one_s not to have. I have actually turned away a tech because she is not very good at inserting needles. |

| When my friends and I went to donate last week the lady who watches over the techs is very rude.She actually pulled a tech by the wrist while the tch was with a new donar and yelled at her saying she needed to speak with her in her office.The second time she was unprofessional she started yelling at the same tech telling her that if she didn_t do the procedure right she would have to start her learning over again next month.The donor even vouched for the tech saying that she did tell her the symptoms that may occur with donating but that she/lady in charge just didn_t hear the tech.The donar asked if there was a number to do a survey and the lady in charge said no.The tech later informed us that there is such a number.If this place is that unprofessional it_s a wonder they still have donars and people working there.I myself have found another place to donate. |
