| I went in today 10-22-2013 They explained that they are closed until January 1st. I wonder why. Did they have a serious contamination. Their explanation included they will be retraining the staff. I feel concern for individuals who will spend their resources to get there and not be paid and for those who count on this money for the necessities of life. |

| The employees have alot to learn about professionalism. The facility looked clean, but who knows. Wait time is long, and I am not going back since they dropped the amount they pay for plasma not worth it. |

| I have not been to this center in quite some time it was dirty employees are shiftless. No one wants to know what they did in the bar the night before and when the small hairy guy says look at all the crackheads today he should make sure he talks where people can mt hear him. They must assume that all that go there are drug users. Never haue i experienced such disrespect from people. Tried to do a good deed and was insulted because he thought no one can hear. Dont look down on your doners. You would not have a job without them |

| WENT IN AT 4pm ON SATURDAY FIRST TIME/ LAST DONOR WAS NOT GIVEN PHYSICAL TILL 545 pm. THAN DEFERRED BECAUSE OF THERE ERROR. DID I MENTION I HAD SOME SORT OF FAST PASS. WHAT A JOKE, THEY CLOSED UP, BUT NOTHING WAS CLEANED. HOW DO THEY LEGALLY GET AWAY WITH UNISEX BATHROOMS ANYWAY. |

| I have been a donor of this facility on and off for about 8 years. It really has gone downhill. The very last time I visited the exam doctor was very rude to me. My sister complained of the same issue. My mother has been trying to get on the anti D program for some time now and no one ever returns her phone calls. Most employees are very unprofessional, (not Miss Teresa )wait times are outraegeous. I will never return to this facility. |

| I tryed for months to get on the anti-D program and kept getting put off and put off,but they didn_t mind taking my plazma at a reg pay rate,no anti d program,no plazma, i quit going! guess they don_t need the plazma as bad as they say they do. they need someone in there that can take care of bussiness and get things done. |

| I have been a donor for over three years. In the past year in a half i have been in the anti-d program..recieving foreign blood cells in my body and i have been compensated pretty well...until three months ago they decide to drop bonuses and not only that they dropped the regular pay as well! And its not their fault....its corporates fault..okay well give me corp. number?...nope they dont have it or know it. Thats bs! I feel used and abused! And also, the majority of the employees at the rivers ave. center are unprofessional, loud, rude, disrespectful, and lazy. Also the center is absolutely disgusting!! It is never clean especially the restrooms and floors and the waiting room. If you are a new donor considering donating, i would really think twice...you are doing a great service and you should be compensated way better than they do there...trust me..they can afford to triple what they pay the donors. |

| i have been going for more than a year, their professionalism is not what it should be, never has been, but getting worse and worse. the economy being what it is they add to the pain by dropping the rates 2 times within a 6 month period....really bad!! i think this is my last week. |

| They say corporate dictates how much donors recieve....but how can the management sleep at night. If everybody stayed home for a week maybe \_corporate\_ would change they_re minds on cheating the poor people in Charleston!!! I will be the first to stay home, it doesn_t even help to make ends meet anymore, you have to spend it on gas to get there??? YOU SUCK!!! |

| I am giving this service an average rating because the facility is clean and the techs are very conscious of safety. However, the wait time to donate can be an hour or more, and the fee for donation keeps being dropped. May not be worth it |

| i was at your rivers ave blood center today 6/1/09 . i was treated very badly by one of your techs in front office, my address is 5730 hoover ave hanahan s,c , since this says i must be nice , i would like your company to send me holly ann curtis acomplaint form.asap/with your company:s return adress. this happened between 11:00/3:30 and i:m still mad. |
