| Office seemed clean and people seemed very nice, but I was a little shocked by the lack of privacy and the assembly line process. I was further shocked by the people that were there to donate. I saw a couple of bums,crackheads and drunks. I hate to judge by physical appearance, but these were some nasty people. |

| I have been donating here since about 1993. They where located downtown Pensacola then they moved to the Davis Hwy location which was better to me. They had more building space and more parking space. There has been alot of changes thur out the years, some good, some bad but they seem to work towards getting better in some of the areas of customer service. This is a business just like any other business. The staff is there to earn a living and the business is in it to earn as much profit as possible. There was a time when the donors was giving a bonus, extra money for their donations. Now it seems they are taking the donors money/fee away alittle at a time. Soon it will not be worth donating. Cause of the time you must put in to donate. Yes Plasma does save lives, but the corporation is in it for the profit from this product. I have always said if they did not offer to pay you for donating that I would still donate, but not as much cause of it saving lives, but if it is done strictly for profit then I would not. That is why I am not an organ donor, I would not want my organs sold to the highest bidder. I have noticed that the ladies up front do chit chat about men and other females in their personal lives in front of donors which is unprofessional, but they are nice to the donors that I have seen. Now on the donor floor I see different staff being bossed around as if they were still on a probationary period in their employment, maybe that is why you see them come and go, new people or under staffed. It is very important for the employee to be treated with respect which I see a lack of on the donor floor from other employees. I have seen all kinds of donors thur out the years. Some that do not give respect towards others, some that demand respect but do not give it, dirty donors, clean donors, some on drugs, some on alcohol. In life we will be around all kinds of different people in our lives, we must treat others the same as we expect to be treated, no matter what they look like. That is life. This Plasma Center seems to be improving in donor service as I see it, but the money donors get is not good. I know the corporation can and should do better for the donors, after all it is the donors plasma that is keeping them in business. Without our plasma this business would close. As with any business greed can hurt a business and affect the donors as it is in this business. I have so much more to say about this company and the donors but a book on this site is not a good idea concerning this subject. |

| you can tell they dont care 4 white people very much..... and like others said most of them just plain RUDE!! but u cant blame management because i spoke up and complained. and the Mgr. was very polite and understanding. I could tell he had 2 deal with it a lot |

| Rude. The _intake_ lady wasn_t clean. Her smock looked gray instead of white. Will be going elsewhere. |

| The staff are slow and rude and disrespectful. I am going over to Life Sera instead where they are nicer. |
