I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this place. The wait is too long, the A/C sucks during the summer, and the wifi isn_t worth mentioning. And that_s BEFORE I get into how badly trained most of the staff is and how crude some of them are. If you_re looking to donate, I would recommend somewhere else.

From sign-in to interrupted donation 5hr 45min. Unfocused, understaffed, and ill trained VERY!! poor customer service and screening process, they were letting anyone donate as long as they had a pulse. From prostitutes to glaringly obvious drug users. Even witnessed a drug dealer IN LINE selling his product. This facility is in dire need of a overhaul from top to bottom, they provide a crucial service but their methods are astronomically flawed.
