| I never donated before. Then I walked into this place. They made me feel comfertable and at ease with the whole idea of being poked with a needle. There was some problems with my veins, and we joked about it instead of being all tense and upset. Great personalities and nice people in general. I_m going again tomorrow for my second donation (it_s been 57 days) and am looking forward to it! |

| I have never had any problems with the bllod bank or the big red bus. I have been donating for years with them. Sometimes I have had to be stuck 2 or 3 times due to being a difficult stick. They have never been rude or unappreciative when I am there. Everyone is pleasent. I think the blood bank in general goes above and beyond. They give a lot of stuff to the donors. Where can we get nice stuff for less than an hour every 56 days. |

| I thought the secretaries were nice, but the staff were rude and didn't seem appreciative. One of the staff members there I've seen at local night clubs dancing... |
