If I Were you I wouldnt donate there! Ive tried to get management to lift a finger to request to the client servive deactivate my stupid CITI prepaid card that they issue for payment. Same wait time as 5 years ago when it was busy morning to close time. That Shit is not even half as full then it was from today and from 5 years ago same WAIT TIME. BRING BACK CASH PAYMENT! AND THE LARGE PROMOTION CASH DRAWINGS! THEY BETTER PAY MY 18 DOLLARS FOR THAT CITI PREPAID CARD. 3 DOLLARS A MONTH TIMES 6 MONTHS DO THE MATH FOR IT TO SHUT OFF ON ITS OWN.

The first time I donated, on Saturday September 22, 2012, The ladies at the desk were very polite but had to poke my finger 3 different times, and the finger poking hurts more than the donation needle. The first time they mixed my blood with other peoples blood and needed and new sample, ten min later they needed another one because they broke the tube that had my blood in it. I was there from10am to 230pm. And after i did all the other steps, and it finally came to the actually taking plasma. I felt fine afterward and went to eat with my friend and at the resturant I blacked out twice and threw up. I got extremely cold and had to go home with my friend to rest since i could not drive. Thank God I wasnt driving when this all happened. I couldn_t even hold my head up. Thinking I was just too dehydrated and I needed to do better next time and I still have a huge bruise on my arm from improper needle placement. I went again Yesterday to do my 2nd donation on September 27th. This time I drank tons of water and ate properly. Everything was much better this time around but when I got to the donating, I asked the guy with the needle to please put it in my left arm since I still had a bruise on right arm from my first donation. The guys response was \_Nah That doesnt look like it was from us, That looks homemade\_. My first thought was that he was implying that I shoot up illegal drugs and I was a little hurt he said that. Here I am trying to donate plasma and save lives and this guy is acusing me that the bruise that they gave me was because i was a drug addict. I do enjoy donating plasma and I used to go to every blood drive in highschool. But this is getting ridiculous.

Tried to donate, wasn_t wanting paid just wanted to donate, after filling our all the paper work which is expected, I sat there for 6 hours and never had my name called, went to the counter and they said it would be another couple hours, I had to get back to work. Very Disappointed.
