| Unfortunately this company was bought out in 2002 by the British government. Since that time they have grown too fast and become completely reactive to all situations. In an attempt to improve the company they hired a human resource director and started a training department, however they have failed to train the incoming management trainees effectively, thus resulting in mediocre staff at a majority of their facilities. Donor beware!!! |

| This concerns the facility in Dunedin Fl.The employees are rude and insulting to donors and frequently there is no one at the front desk.The manager is a tyrant who is fooling around with a male employee half her age and acting like a teenager.If anyone complains,they find a reason to get rid of them.That place is awful! |

| Kristen does not even deserve a job there because when I came to attempt to donate she was screaming at regular donors first thing in the morning that were trying to sign in. What kind of person does that? Apparently she does! Totally uncalled for if you ask me. What_s it take to get fired around there? |

| On this day posted I took a trip to DCI biological located in Greenville,NC. During my visit I was called every name in the book but a CHILD OF GOD. The reason for being this employers B_s and her child, because when asked to remove my jacket from this employer by the name of Erica. I asked Erica to slow down do to the fact she was watching me remove my garment before she made her remark. When I asked the employer to slow down I never raised my voice nor changed my facial expression. After the situation ended I went to the RN of Greenville DCI and he stated to me after explaining the situation \_ Employees are allowed to talk to Donors.\_ I then asked for the corprate office number, the number I was given is (404)385-0254, name Kristen Crutchfield. The information I was given was false so I called DCI in Wilmington they refused to give me information, she seemed as if I was going to call the corprate on them I explained to her the reason for my asking and where I was located she still refused me of the number. |

| I was injured at this facility in Gainesville Florida. I was treated like an animal and refused usage of their restroom. I was constantly made to wait sometimes as long as 3 hours to be seen. In one instance I was injuered in one arm and when the other arm would not give blood because of their mispiercing the vein they directed me to leave without paying me the money I had coming. |

| I have documented that I have been injured at DCI BIOLOGICALS in Gainesville FL.
I have documented that after having been injured in one arm at DCI BIOLOGICALS in Gainesville FL, and following the other arm being penetrated in such a manner as to make it impossible to get a draw, I was taken off the machine and sent away with nothing for my time. And as I pointed out to the management of DCI BIOLOGICALS in Gainesville FL, I took exception to this because I had been witness to friends of the facility workers skimming money be lying on the table then getting up and walking out with the facility worker to the pay station. I have documented that while at DCI BIOLOGICALS in Gainesville FL I have been repeatedly treated like a second class citizen or worse. I have been refused use of restroom facilities while at DCI BIOLOGICALS in Gainesville FL. I have documented that when I asked no less than 6 offices of DCI BIOLOGICALS throughout the nation to have the number of the corporate office made available to me - I was routinely denied access to the contact number. I am therefore presently researching the jurisdictional bodies who hold authority over DCI BIOLOGICALS nationally and in the United Kindgom on a local, state and national level |
