This was definitely the nicest facility I_ve ever donated at, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. One of my favorite things about DCI Biologicals is that they show movies while you_re there, which improves the experience more than you_d expect.

The wait to donate is absolutely ridiculous - the last several times I_ve been in it_s been a minimum of 3-4 hours! Not to mention the staff is the rudest and most unprofessional I_ve ever seen!
