| IBR has please be polite when making a comment but the receptionest was so rude I_m not a patient but called to see if I could posibly do a internship there for one of my classes please hire more educated workers who can speak correct english and has better communication skills just a thought |

| HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE AND THE PLACE WAS PRETTY CLEAN. THE PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY WERE PROBABLY HOODLEMS, BUT THE STAFF AND FACILITY WERE FINE. I RECOMMEND IT. |

| I called and asked for directions explained that I would be driving from Gadsden. After I sat there for an hour and 35 min. I was told that I was not allowed to donate because I live outside a 50 mile radius! |

| the employee turn around at this place is monthly, and a lot of them cut up all the time and cuss because lets face it, most of them came from burger king. after you have made a few friends after being in the waiting room for three hours your topics will include who you are scared of sticking you! |

| Don_t know how their services are, and I_m not inclined to find out. The receptionist was very rude (that_s to put it lightly) and dodged my questions (How much do they pay? How long is the wait?) and hung up on me so I kept calling back to get answers to no avail. Whether she did not know the answers out of honest ignorance or was just giving me the run around, I_m not sure. But it seemed shady to me. Avoid this place. There are other places to try. | they are supper nice and it takes you little time to get to the back ,but once there it an_t so bad ..goes by a little fast people and the help all cut up to make it fun and time go;s n=by fast......worth the time to wait,helping others feels nice... |
