| They won_t let me donate , because of a mistake the person making the phisical made . Nobody is ever at front desk to help .Never!! The girls only talk with each other.they are useless !! I_ve been waiting at front desk with other people for 35 minutes and still nobody will help me this place is a joke !!! I_ll never come here again!! |

| This place is so ghetto and unprofessional. The workers are lazy, rude, and treat your time as if its their time. Management does not make sure that issues are resolved. Its more talking and standing around than work. This place is ran the way employees want to run it not the proper way. We need new honest professional customer service driven employees not just anybody working withbour blood. Everytime you go there something is wrong, a long wait, rude treatments or your money ain_t loaded on there |

| This place is a joke, My older passed away 2 years ago, 3-20-09 . He had been going to IBR for a few months and donating his plasma, and then he went in one day and they refused to let him donate. Saying his blood pressure was too high, and always a differant excuse after that. Well a couple weeks. After he passed away a close friend of mine went in to donate, and he had previously had placed my brother down as a reference. They called my friend back and asked him how did he know my brother and then they proceeded to tell him that my brother was really sick and they wanted him to come in. Well sadly he had already passed away by this time. We looked into it and they told us they had no record of him ever being there. I believe that if they knew he was sick they should have at least contacted him in some way at least by telephone. They could of sent a letter even. If they would have informed somebody maybe he would be alive today.So I would never donate there, Its a joke. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL! |

| Wouldn_t let me donate because THEY were unable to complete the physical. Wasted my time and money to get turned away. I_ve had problem at other facilities, but would recommend against this place. |

The staff are so friendly I started off going just to try and this sexy ass guy name justin he was so gentle with everything as scary as I am of needles I never felt his pricks or anything I can every two days from that day forward Hahahaha I love this place... |

| The Aurora donation center has great people working there, unfortunately they are under the worst management. The lady that runs that office, I believe Tara is her name, is extremely rude and rides a high horse! I needed her attention on a couple of occasions and needless to say she was not helpful at all. Instead of helping me she made me feel like she was belittling me. Her employees actually would try to excuse her actions and apologize on her behalf. She represents the center and although I financially needed to donate, I refuse to go back until they replace her as manager. She is that rude. I am not the only one that feels that way towards that rude manager. Many donators would return in her absence. We don_t have to put up with her innappropriate treatment. |

| It should be a no brainer that you need your social security card/number to donate plasma. You need it to donate blood. Basically the same thing. I enjoy donating plasma here. The people are polite and talkative. The very first timke I donated, I was there from 9am to about 1:30. Just because I had to get the checkup and everything. I_ve never been there for more than 2 1/2 hrs. after that. |

| I will say yes the wait is totally rediculouse. I have moved away but before June of 2009 I had been going over a year. There has been several people who have come _ gone since I have been there. Jennifer is the best. John I miss you. \_Half Pint\_ I use to call you \_peanut\_ not your name (can never remember your name, sorry) but your the littlest thing there, you have really come a long way from over a year ago. The oriental/mexican guy I know you probly get mistaken for others as well, you served under our great guy (whome I can not remember his name, always happy (well that_s debateable I_m sure) _ talking star wars), thge name will come to me once I send probly. But anyways your good as well, Hope you can go somewhere from here. The door for employment is revolving I will admit that. The 4 I mentioned? have been there longer than any others that are there, they served under a great guy who has been missed, he ha\d such moral for the doners _ helped with the setting of the crew poking _ dcing. There has also been a shift in management which I think was for the worst, the good managers left after that _ so did much of the moral _ \_customer service\_. I feel when they switch managment? they killed the personality of the place. Don_t fix what don_t need fixing is my motto. But they felt something needed to be fixed. oh well our loss, now we are just cattle going for milk it seems. The few I mentioned? they make it worth while. Also not sure of your name I think Daniel, tech in front, Miss you girl, you are good, keep up the good work. I moved away to have a place to live, miss the place, the good ones _ you know who you are I miss the most. Oh then there_s Sherry I think, she use to be upfront at the desk then went to the lab, big black chick, miss you too, your a good one as well. also the guys at the cash center, you guys made the ending worth while. | I agree with comment about not enough information available. I too went there (not a short drive) only to be told that they needed my Social Security Card. It was not mentioned on the phone when I spoke to them. |

| the wait time is sometimes terrible, I have spent up to 3 hrs here regardless of how many people are there. 55 min. to donate 2hrs. waiting is simply ridiculous. |

| i just want to say to the IBR Plasma Center u guys are great!! My husband William and I have been donating here for ab 7months 2 times a week and everyone here is so polite and very professional. There are a couple of girls in the back who do the actual donating process that could be a bit more professional they talk a lot and stand there talking while people need to be stuck or dc. There has been 2 times that myself personally needed help while donating and no one would come over to help me this is once when my machine was beeping saying no flow and the other time was when my machine stopped during my return assuming it was up to high and it took the girl ab 15min to come over and help me this was very disappointing, the same girls were working when i was no flowing but they were to busy talking and cussing and giggling! They really need to keep an eye out for these girls work performance something could have been seriously wrong with me and no one cared. thats the only problem or complaint that i have! On a good note everyone knows us by name and we are always greeted and respected and this is very nice. I want to acknowledge a few people specifically #1 is Jennifer.... u r such a sweetheart and always so nice and i always see u smiling when im there and thats what makes people want to come back, so great job!!!! 2nd is Ashley u are such a great person to be around u r always real nice and professional they are very luck to have u on their team keep it up!!! Then there is i dont know how to spell ur name but ill try.... samia... sorry i know that isnt right but u know who u are, u are the best girl tech out on the floor in my opinion. u are always just such a pleasure and very nice and gentle u ask always if im alright and always concerned if u r hurting me. you are just a very very hard working girl and always smiling and happy and when i am there i always request u b/c none of the other girls act as if they care to them it seems like oh here is another client stickem then thats it there is no how are u are u ok nothng just very cold so kuddos to u keep up the awesome work they are very very lucky to have u on board!!!! Then there is john the best male tech there..... john u have always made me feel comfortable when im there, u r always concerned how i am, if i am ok, how am i feeling then on top of all that u always every time ask me how my day has been and what have i been up too! so u are just a great pleasure to be around and IBR should be very proud of u and they are also very lucky to have u on their team! so n ow these are the people that make IBR a pleasant great place to go donate plasma thanks so much u guy!! Of course there are a bunch more people that are great people that work there also but these are the ones that i have had personal experiences with. I would like to elaborate on what this other person commented..... YES it does take awhile ur first visit sometime it does sometimes it doesnt depending on the day of the week the time of the day, if they are busy, who is working all of these things play a huge part in how long u will have to wait, also it depends on if there are other first time donors and if there is more than one dr on that day so patience is very key if u do not have patience then its best if u do not donate b/c i can assure u that IBR is not the problem it is you! They do what they can to make everyones visit comfortable and they do their jobs the best they can!! My first time visit was 5hrs i didnt leave that place til almost 8_oclock at night do u really think these people want to be there that long no they want to go home just as bad as u do they want to get u in and out as quickly as u can so dont bash them ab their web site! It is your responsibility to ask what u need to donate it is your responsibility to ask all the necessary questions it is not there_s to tell you or to post it on their web site, now it is their responsibility to answer your question to the best of their ability and if they dont then u may complain, but i have been their going on a year and i know for sure everyone does what they can to make everything as easy and comfortable for their clients as they can! GOOD JOB IBR PLASMA CENTER PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! ALSO U NEED TO GET THE COUPONS BACK AND THE EXTRA 10 ON THE 6TH DONATION I THINK THAT PEOPLE THAT DONATE 2 TIMES A WEEK SHOULD GET SOME KIND OF REWARD OR EXTRA THANK YOU!! | My only comments about IBR have to do with their web site and their processing / screening process. 1. Not much information is on their web site. Actually there is more information on their voicemail message than on the actual web site. The issue then is that so much information is given verbally and in my case they did not tell me to bring a SSN card. I had a passport and other ids but they needed an SSN card. So I had to leave and return again only it_s a 40 mile drive... 2. Unpredictable wait times... Be aware that if you are going for the first time that they wait could be very long. So I showed up again and brought my SSN card and there was a four - five hour wait to be screened. So I asked can I start the process and they said NO. I left cause I was not prepared to wait 5 hours... had another appointment a bit later. That was visit 2. 3. Visit 3 - I came in early and had a short wait before being pulled into an interview room. I indicated I take a medication. Again on their web site they don_t provide a lot of information on this... Since I take meds I was given a form to complete and needed my doctor_s authorization on their letterhead and my most recent blood panels attached and faxed to them. Then it took their doctor (who is not there every day) to review and approve. I had to leave again... I saw my doctor - got her to fax the center and send the blood panels. I called IBR twice and spoke to various people who said that the fax went to the doctor and I would get a call back... never called me. Actually, I called called them and I am now officially approved to donate. they clearly need a better system! The time wasted and number of trips is ridiculous. |

| All month in December, we were given raffle tickets to win prises that were \_yet to be determined\_. Nothing was ever bought or given away for this \_special\_ promotion. Everyone said \_I dont know what their doing with that\_! It was very disappointing after donating approx. 9 times that month and nothing was done with it!!! |
