I used to donate in Lincoln Ne for 3 years then moved to Omaha. The service at IBR is degrading. They do not have enough staff to treat their customers with diligence and make the experiences a pleasurable one. The TVs there to help you pass the time are small, hard to see and some were not even visible. My first 2 visits I was considered a VIP. It was not a placed that one would feel safe. The hostility in the air from the customers lingered heavily every time donated people got up and left, went to the front counter and raised their voices about the time they had been waiting, and others sat hooked up to machines that were done unable to leave because they could not get staffs attention to unhook them. One guy I seen front the front lobby, I then got to the back, donated and left before he was done. They wanted the plasma so they kept re poking him. When you get through processing and get to the back you stnd there looking for direction and what to do and where to go. One of the staff will say you sit there. Then you sit even though there are small signs posted ont he side of the machine\_get staffs attendtion if you have waited more than 15 mintues it does no good to ask them for help they will say you_re next and you continue to sit. 2 times I sat there 30 minutes for 30 45 minutes waiting to be hooked up. My fiance sat there bleeding into his bag. I asked what was going on and no one answered me. This place is all about number, the staff hate it and you do not see anyone smiling, they complain, management stay up front, customers are poorly treated. I would go bacck but never to this place. It is a scary place. They make you exit through a side door that is barley lit and you have to walk the side of the building to get to the parking lots. It is a unsafe and I fear one day they will unset the wrong person and without security someone is going to get hurt. I heard they may open one on 100 and Maple. They need a plasma donation center in a lower crime section of town. Stay away from this donation center. It isnt worth the money

I came to this facility to donate Plasma. The staff has no customer service skills what-so-ever including the floor supervisor. This facility is not worth the pain nor the 20-30 dollars you get for the donation. Other customers couldnt believe the treatment I was getting from the staff and the supervisor. I left the donation center with blown veins and large bruises. I rated this poorly cause when I attempted to call and make a complaint the supervisor lied to me and didnt even care about the treatment I received. Horribly Facility and would not recommend this place to anyone!
