| Worst place ever the staff are not nice. Thay are very rude to you and never know what in the hell that going on in the place. New People or first timers. Thay dont make you feel comfortable. So dont look for it. Your just a number not human or if your a person. Donors thier only two people in that place that are kind and the rest of the staff are just demons. Be ware because that have a image of people that donte are drug user and whores. Dont care if you come back too. Its the worst plave ever!!!!!!! Thay dont do thay job. That stand or sit around chatting about clients or you. |

| I find most of the time the personnel are polite, and that you are in and out in about 45min, I been doing this now for about two years, the only thing that not consist is what they pay you |

| Nice facilities almost impossible to become a donor. Been there 4 times and I still could not get in as a donor. Would not recommend this facility. Closed to most new donors. |

| My experience was great. Everyone was polite and seemed grateful that i was there to donote my plasma. The center was very clean. It took about 2 hours my first time but after that it was a breeze. |

| I was very happy with the service provided to me. The bluiding was very neat and clean. The employees had positive attitudes and were respectful. Meagan was outstanding. I enjoyed are smile and her continous small talk |

| I had a good experience here. Staff was very friendly and greeted me the minute I walked in. It took about 2 hours my first time but I was the first person signed in. Every other time I get in and out in an hour and a half. If you ever have an issue ask for the manager. She is absolutely great and takes you serious. |

| Very stressful center, the computers are always having problems, staff don_t seem to know what they are doing. Pulse is always taken first which causes it to much higher than normal, and get denied for the day. Pulse is also realtive to the enviroment and should be taken more than twice. |

| Initial visit can take 9 hours Mine took 6. Come early as waiting time can exceed 1 hour. Normally I get in and out in 1hr and 45min. |
