| The Phlebotomist are poorly trained in hygeine and manners. they pick up things from floor, touch other pts and do not change gloves. senn holes in them. when i asked them to changetheir gloves they almost refuse. management is very rude and even worse to their own employees. |

| they pay lower then expected. they recently changes management and it has gotten somewhat better, but the managemant is rude to even their own employees. hygeine of techs questionable. they dont change gloves between donors. |
