| I love going to donate here. It was the very first place I chose to ever donate. Going in I was a bit nervous, but the friendly staff helped calm my nerves almost instantly. They walked me through each procedure, at my pace, and answered all of my questions. I also love the way they greet me on a first name basis and always with a smile. |

| I donate platelets twice a month though my truck-driving, advertising job sends me all over the country. I was quite pleased to find this facility to be spacious and immaculately clean - and the staff most professional. Absolutely everything: equipment, procedures, and personnel was first class / high calibre. \_thank you\_ to all involved. |

| I tried to donate platelets there - first time they couldn_t find the vein. You can see and feel it, it_s not hard to miss. Second time, they pumped the blood (return flow) back into my arm, NOT my vein. Talk about pain! To be fair, they have said that the previous nurses were \_new\_, and that their nurses now are more experienced. I just can_t trust them anymore, so I don_t donate at this center. |
