| I would give this place a higher rate on one condition that they get rid of Tyler_s ass. Is the management ran by a bunch of morons? Can they not see he is clearly on drugs? I wouldn_t let him stick me if my life depended on it. Come on Knoxville Plasma open you_re eyes!! I never see him working seems like a waste of money on YOUR payroll!! |

| ive been donating at knoxville plasma for a few years now. they have made some huge improvements with their new system. before i would wait for an hour or so before i was even seen by the people who stick me. now i walk in answer my questions myself on their touch screens get my blood pressure and stuff check and then the people who stick me sometimes already have my paper in hand before i make it around the corner for the donation. I love love love the new system. I also love love love the people who work there, they are always so friendly and professional. they are very clean and always make me feel comfortable. seems like a fun place to work because they are always laughing and having a good time while doing their jobs. i will continue my business with knoxville as long as i can. |

| This place was great. Very clean and brand new plasma machines. Staff was super nice and didn_t have any problems with them the two times we have been there. My wife and I have been donating for a few yrs in 3 different states due to being in the navy and this is by far the nicest and cleanest plasma center we have been to. The give $50 your first 4 donations. And then $25 and $40 after that if you are 175 lbs or more. Definetly recommend. |

| Ive been donating at this center for weeks now. They are the friendliest staff I have ever came encounter with. They make donating fun, they always have smiles on their faces. The floor has the best group of employees ever. If your scared of needles and want to make sure your donation goes great ask for Molly or Darcy, they are the best! :) :) |

| The employees are ridiculous the phlebotomist stand around in the back taking and gossiping. Taking time call people back. They are not professional and do not do things the right way. I have witnessed many things that were done incorrectly. The owners of this place needs to open their eyes and look around. |

| i have been through the ringer over compensation for my 1500 dollar bottle of plasma yeah i know you only get at top new donor pay of 50.00 but since they,ve cut back on the pay a donor receives i just want people to know how apprieciated they are.most of us are poor and depend on this i think its rediculous to be took advantage of especially the already disadvantaged. |

| I donated for the first time this week and I had a great experience. I_m pretty anxious about needles and a little nervous. Everyone from the front desk to the phlebotomists were so friendly. |

| They are so slow and unprofessional! Some of the phlebotomists act like children. Goofing off and throwing things. Standing around gossiping instead of getting work done. They act like we are not important or care if we have other things to do. Slow in front office too. In recent I have been there 1.5 hrs and still not been hooked up and had to leave. The good ones don_t stay with the company. |

| I saw where someone was talking about Joyce. If this is the one that I have seen, then they are incorrect. Joyce is VERY professional and makes one feel comfortable. I ALWAYS ask for her section when I go in. I have never been disrespected or ignored. |

| Employees are very unprofessional and rude. They stand around and talk to each other while your standing there waiting to be helped. Then while you are hooked up to the plasma machine and a alarm starts going off, you wait and wait, look around to see several employees standing around talking to each other, totally ignoring the alarm going off. Very unprofessional! |

| I have donated at other places in other states, this one ranks as the best I have been to. I have donated here for over a year every week, at first I found some of the specialist less than compassionate and did not care about the donor, kept little clicks going and would not help a donor even when called upon. The company got the complaints and they made changes, several were let go and new hired. They have the cream of the crop to help the donors, old and new, they are fast courteous and respectful of everyone. As a repeat donor I typically walk in and will only wait about 10 minutes to be processed and ready to begin the donating process. The staff is the friendliness I have ever been to. |

| that place has to be the worst company in knoxville. the employees are so very disrespectful and talks about donors like they are children. even employees fight each other and act two faced. They are always taking their time calling people back and work the new people to death. They act so ghetto like and gossip about any and everyone. That place needs to be shut down or either wiped out of all employees and hire new ones. |

| Something needs to be done about one particular employee named Joyce, at the Knoxville center. She has the demeanor of a Barbarian and relishes in her hurtful and hateful comments, abominable name-calling of underappreciated donors of all statures, and her impeccable behavior to relentlessly offend those around her. I have never in my life saw such lack of compassion for others and it disgusts me to see it happen to those who contribute in our community that are given such regard as Joyce gives her donors. | I have not been there, but called to find: they pay $40 each of the first two donations, then pay varies by weight. For example, at 160lbs, $20 for the first and $30 for the second visit each week. Those with appointments get preference over walk-ins. When you get started donating, you_ll realize how important this is. -just remember, as with any walk-in place, if you do go in without an appointment, call and find out about the wait. |
