| MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN TODAY,AT 9:00AM AND GOT AN APP.FOR 10 AND 10:15 ANDTHEY TOOK MY ID AND S.S CARD NOTHING SAID AND FINALLY AT 10:50 WENT INTO BOOTH 1 AND SAT DOWN AND GAVE THEM MY ID AND SS.CARD WELL THE LADY SAID WE HAVE A PROBLEM SO SHE LET AND AND BROUGHT IN THE LADY WHO TOOK MY STUFF IN THE FIRST PLACE AND SAID BEACAUSE MY MIDDLE INITIAL WAS NOT ON MY SSCARD AND IF I WANT TO TO GO TO THE SS OFFICE AND GET A CARD. I WAS PISSED AND SAID REALLY AND I SEEN THE MANAGER MALE THAT WAS MESSED UP PEOPLE THAT DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS NEED TO QUIT AND GIVE THEM TO PEOPLE THAT IS GOING TO DO THE JOB THE RIGHT WAY. I WOULD NOT GO BACK THEIR IF THEY PAID ME 1,000. THE WORKERS SCREWED AROUND WHEN THEY SHOULD OF TAKEN CARE OF BUSINESS. AND THEY GUY THAT TALK TO ME, I THINK HE WAS A BOSS OR SOMETHING YOU NEEDED TO MIND YOUR OWN CREEPY BUSINESS SAYING ANYTHING TO MY HUSBAND ABOUT ME. | here i am again calling over and over tryn to make an appointment and just keep getting put on hold i bet its safe to say if were to go into ttilacris today this would deffinently be one of the days i sat with a needle in my arm for a 15 minutes after donations while employees run around acting like there exhausted because they are and all the while they got a sign out front saying there they still need new doners take care of the ones you got first. |

| as far as i know the plasma we donate is a very sought after resource meaning high demand pays top dollar for it. Someone plz explain to me why its better to leave me and other customers of teacris hooked up to a machine for 15 to 20 minutes after im done everytime i donate. I dont know the logistics of there shcedualing but for god sake it sure as hell seems like 2 more ppl in the back would solve this means not staffing the bare minimum to get the job done im sure each bottle of my plasma would pay that employees pay for the whole day ive heard they go for 1k apiece comeon staff more ppl and stop making me feel cheap and used. |

| Arrived on Friday at 7 am, filled out medical info, finger prick but hadn_t even been called by anyone at 11:30 am so I left. Showed up again on Monday at 6 am and filled out prescreening info again, did blood work and went back for physical at 9 am and was told I didnt qualify because of a seizure 4 years earlier. They could have told me this since I filled out the medical info 3 hours earlier. Very unorganized and SLOW! |

| Good place good people and clean big plus. But for God sake plz staff more ppl in the back i cant tell you how much i hate sittn in that chair with a needle in my arm 20 minutes after im done donating because abviously theres not enough ppl in the back. It happens almost everytime and i only take an hour to donate. I get a very used feeelinbg when im left to sit with a needle3 in my arm for when it could have been removed 20 minutes ago if the company wouold spen 20 bucks more an hour on 2 employees. |

| yes they are very slow at processing new donars but for the repeat donor it is a clean pleasent experience. Only complaint i got is most of the time when im done donating i sit hooked up to a finished machine for about 15 minutes before someone can unhook thats a quarter id time it took me to donate. There should be an extra person on hand i get a very used feeeling when im left to sit with a needle in my arm wonderin g when there gonna take it out. |

| Slowest processing of new donors I_ve ever experienced. Showed up at 8:00 am. Left at 5:30 pm, hungry and frustrated. The Guy that checks people in thinks he_s funny. Really just a loud mouth. |

| When I was attending college at the University of Akron, I earned extra money donating at Talecris. The donation place is very clean, the staff are all very nice (Most of them knew me by name!) When I went there, I earned 20 the first day in the week and 30 the second time going in one week. Its a great place, and you dont have to wait long because you make an appointment. |

| Talecris is commited to great customer service, and keeping the donors safe and comfortable. The staff there is really polite and nice, and make donors feel welcome. Donors are welcome at the center, and not only do they help save a life, they earn a little money doing so. |
