| I donated almost 3 years ago. I had a pcs moved n recently came back to fort hood. They told me my records were recalled n had to retrieve them from home office! 2-3 business days they say! 2 weeks later finally have my records. Went in today April 9th to donate and said I had to be a new donor even though they had my records! I wasn_t able to donate because my middle initial was not on my social security card. A bunch of my wasted time. If I knew this was gonna happen i would have already fixed my social security card!!! A bunch of my wasted time all for nothing, just to be turned around again!!! |

| I was there from 210pm till 505 pm they buried my folder under paperwork, and it wasn_t until another lady with long black hair came up front and happen to find it. Everybody was really nice until it was time for my physical,she was so rude treated me like I was a piece of trash cause I forgot to tell her about one of my tatoos I got 25 years ago, talked down to me and thought she was better. People do this not only for the money, but to help people that need this. She needs to remember she is no better than the people that donate,and if wasn_t for us giving plasma she wouldn_t have a job. I have worked management in retail since I was 16 and have never seen such a rude person working in a field that is suppose to help people in need. I will never go back |

| I was in line to give plasma and I was on the first page then they said they called my name I did not hear them becuase they did not yell like everyone elses name so I missed my chance to give plasma for a.person in need of it becuase.they could not yell my name l missed.my chance to save someone else life I also mention that I am a uniformed service member |

| The people on staff always greet me with a smile and treat me like a returning friend. I see other donors who are rude or impatient, and they can be treated with impatience, but you get back the way you act. The wait isn_t bad if you have an appointment, but it can be long if you dont. Busy place though, so that should be expected. |

| I_ve been gone for 4 years and returned to donate. They totally changed staff and management. They are not friendly, it takes too long, and the mangers don_t care. Where did everybody go :( |

| I agree with Mr. Mark, some of the staff is so rude it makes you not want to go back sometimes. But staffers like Ms. Tina, Ms. Florencia, and Tanisha make the experience inviting. Tanisha did my physical and she made me feel so comfortable. Ms. Tina and Ms. Flo are expert phlebitomist. |

| The lines are horrible! They make you feel like you need them! The people that was down that was in line scared me, they looked like they were on crack.Sorry but i had to leave. not worth it at all. |

| I just got out of this center,being a new donor I was surprised how fast it was. I thought the staff was extremely nice and being white I didn_t see any catering to black people, everyone was treated the same! Looks a little old and run down on the outside, but it_s new and clean on the inside. They also have the express machines made the process that much faster. Out of all the 3 donation centers I_ve been to, this is my favorite one! |

| Worst ever for a reason, we recently went up there to become new donors and to contribute to someone in need. Well needless to say the receptionist was as rude and snobby as could be and when I walked up to sign in she was on her phone, and said well I won_t be able to bring u back for at least an hour meaning , \_ I_m to lazy and too busy texting to deal with you or the line behind you\_. Total, there were two employees that were not rude and unhealpful. I will drive to Waco next time. |

| While getting my physical, the female giving the physical was making calls about when her lunch was, when she was getting off and she was texting. Once I actually got to the donor floor everything was good. |

| I have donated at this center serveral times before and each time I have noticed how horrible they are to people. Today my son went there to donate and they were rude and lazy. In lazy I mean didnt explain to him the process and was rude when he asked question this needs to be fixed. |

| The ladies at the main counter are rude!The employees in the back aren_t much better they don_t know how to stick you properly.An there is No point on making an appointment there never on scheduled. |

| The lines are very long..the workers seem nice but, the other donors are a bit rude when playing their music while waiting..I asked one guy to please turn it off nicely after he came and sat next to me but, he refused. I have been skipped over in line a few times and it just appears that they only cater or care about the black people..and no, I am not a predjudice person. I was not brought up that way..I don_t think I will go back there anymore. The price for what you have to put up with just isn_t worth it, I would rather starve.. |
