my first experiance was not to bad over all , the only problem i have is one told me about making my next appt. before i left that evening , ive been trying to call but i just keep getting a recorder saying noone is around to answer my call. maybe tomorrow ! who knows.

I have donated at the CSL center in Corpus Christi and I was not happy with their customer service. They were rude, but they do have a very nice center. I recently went over to Talecris and found that their people are complete professionals and were very nice throughout the entire process. I would recommend Talecris over CSL any day!
