| My first donation was the other day, I was extremely nervous,but the staff members reassured me with their kindness. I will be going back to this facility and will definitely ask for Sandy or Brian to do my stick. :) |

| This plasma center has some good employees that know what they are doing.Then again some of them rush to get people stuck and end up making the plasma center look bad. I know because my fiance works for them and he is one of the good ones. you all say that the employees need to worry about the clients and not thier spats. All I have to say about that is the donors need to cme in and donate plasma instead of trying to get dates with the employees. |

| Very Clean Center. Professionals in all aspects of the donation process. Computerized records keep everything running smoothly. They now schedule physicals exams. |
