  1. You say that we are payed on a debit card. Do we need to provide one or do you give us one, like the ADP totalPay cards?

    • @Derek The BioLife Plasma Center is expected to hand you the debit card but just to be sure that you follow the correct guidelines of the center, it’s suggested that you search the local center using this directory http://bloodbanker.com/banks/ and talk with the staff. The BioLife Visa Debit Card are accepted in nearly a million ATM locations.

  2. I recently moved to the SLC area and would like to begin donating plazma. How long should I plan on for the first initial visit please and approximately how long will each donation take?

    Thank you.

    • @Lori,

Hi there, please check here the list of plasma centers located in Salt Lake City – http://bloodbanker.com/banks/state.php?state=UT.. There are phone numbers there so you can call them and check their schedules for plasma donation.

If this is your first time to donate, it usually takes 2-3 hours because you will have to fill out questionnaire about your medical history and a medical professional will give you a physical exam to ensure you are healthy to donate. Don’t forget to bring valid IDs with your current address.

Thank you so much for your desire to donate plasma.. Hope you find this information helpful! :)
