The staff is not very polite and talk to people ill mannered. The wait is long and it's not too bad being as they service hundreds of donors a day, they definitely do their job for the over all matter.

They have very rude medical assistants. They are very impolite and inefficient. Takes sometimes over the hours. They blast music. And management never steps in to tell the staff their actions are unacceptable.

They have really good service and its pretty quick as long as your early. I would definitely recommend this place first to anybody willing to donate.

Interstate opens at 7:00 A.M. The line outside starts to form about 5:30 to 6:00 A.M. If you arrive after the doors open, be prepared for a long, long wait as there will be standing room only! At my last visit, compensation for time _ travel had been raised from $20.00 to $30.00. You may want to call ahead for current information.

I've been donating blood for years at this site. The process is quick and easy as long as you arrive between 7am-8:30 am.

I have been there. The process is simple. Make sure you bring ID and proof of residency on your first visit.

Whole blood donors only. Limited to once every 8 wks. they compensate donors $20 for their time, and operate on a walk-in only basis. I have not been there personally.
